NEVER weigh yourself on someone else's scale. They are always off by an average of 2 stone, or 28 pounds, whatever your unit of measure is.
And yeah...incompetence on something like that is so unfortunate and depressing when you just want to get it over and done with. Sorry that happened bb and I hope it gets sorted soon.
